So this came out in 1987, and honestly, Whitesnake was just a dude hair band to me.
HOWEVER, these lyrics in this song meant a lot to me:
"And here I go again on my own - Going down the only road I've ever known - Like a drifter I was born to walk alone..."
In this journey you may have read that I enjoy solitude and I always have - even back in '87. Up until meeting Shannon in 1992, I was content playing the part of the drifter and walking alone.
So - the question for Shannon and I present day - which one of us is the villain and which one is the victim...?
