I kind of feel like a cheater when I reuse an original write up but if it ain't broke don't fix it....

This makes me think of all that we have been through.

This makes me think of the time we will soon have when it is just the two of us again.

Larry’s Perspective:
We all know my love for The Outfield and this album (Rockeye) was another one released prior to meeting Shannon. So I loved a lot of songs just because it was a new Outfield album and they were great songs.
I think that's important to know because when Shannon first gave me this song, it was that classic listening vs. hearing line I talked about in Wake up Time.
I think I was just happy that she included a song I already loved from a band I loved.
But at some point later on, I really put myself in her shoes and heard what she was saying to me - not The Outfield.
Honestly, it was one of those moments when you question your worth - do I really mean this much to someone else?
When the answer to that question is "yes", that is a humbling and beautiful realization. I have never listened to this song again without thinking about this sentiment and getting a little teary eyed...
