Even though this says "our" pick, it's really just mine. Shannon doesn't have a lot to say about this one.
This game came out in 2002 and was an immediate hit in our house. Although you could play single player campaign modes, I created our own LAN server so that Gabriel, Connor and I could be on our computers and play against each other. I might go so far as to say they perfected their trash talk game while sitting at their computers in their bedrooms coming after me.
Since Shannon didn't really partake in these things, she got the double win while we played. First, I'm sure she feigned annoyance at us yelling at each other throughout the house but deep down I'm sure she was laughing and enjoying it quietly. Second, the three of us were pretty well occupied so basically she kind of had the house to herself. Not exactly quiet, alone time, but time alone nonetheless...
