Who could ever forget the distinctive hairstyle of the lead singer from A Flock of Seagulls and most people probably remember their song I Ran more than this one, I know I did, but this one is much better, in my opinion.
Unless you are a huge AFOS fan, this and "I Ran" are probably the only songs you know from them. And you might not even be too familiar with this one. Of the two - this is my favorite.
It wasn't really part of a pop-culture moment that I can remember and although it charted in 1983 (which is when I would have heard it) it was released in 1982. So I still consider this a member of the 1983 best year of music ever club.
I guess I love this song because it is so 80's. You can't really listen to this song without just smiling. And for someone old like me, reminiscing...
