In 1991 I saw Foghat and Kansas in concert and while I don’t really have any special memories from that night, I do have one for this song. Sometime in 2005 a video game called Guitar Hero was released and when we got it for Connor, I was finally able to play a game with him that did not give me motion sickness. By this time, he was into a lot of first-person games and I cannot play them. So, we would play Guitar Hero together after school and this was one of the songs I was pretty good at, at least according to the video game expert of the family. Now when I hear this song I can think back to those moments after school hanging out with my youngest son before we hit the “I’m too cool for my parent phase”.
Larry’s Perspective:
Don't have much to say about this song. It did get a lot of airplay on QFM96 so I know it well...
